We take great pride in providing outstanding service. Here is some of the feedback we have received lately from our subscribers!

AllStarStats staff, Maestro Rotisserie is looking forward to starting our 7th year with AllStarStats. We believe that your Baseball statistics software is superior to everyone else's. The real time updating is a quantum leap from when we first started and it adds great enjoyment to the whole experience. As commissione, it's a pleasure dealing with the people at your company. So, thanks very much.

- Martin, Maestro Rotis

Thanks as usual. Y'all have been great for both my leagues over the years. I make sure to point that out to my friends who keep trying other services and then complaining.

- Vic, F Troop League

i love you guys. i will use you for the rest of our rotolives.

- Team 7, League 2101

This I think is our 5th year with ALL Star . Our league is stretched from Atlantic to the Pacific ...I would like for it to get back to Richard Pike what a great job you all are doing especially Jan and Ed who have helped me out a lot allready this season . The site has gotten better and better...

- Kent, ALONL LEAGUE

Outstanding that you guys & gals respond during the weekend - and at night no less! OUTSTANDING! CBS only offers canned responses on the weekends. I am already impressed!

- John, SPAM MEAT SPREAD LEAGUE

I also run a Fantasy League through CBS Sportsline and I just wanted to say that in comparing the two-I wish I could have switched that league over to All Star Stats as well. You're doing a fantastic job with customer service and in responding in a timely fashion.

It is truly a pleasure running a league through All Star Stats!!!!!!

- Team 4, LEAGUE 2492

I just wanted to compliment Allstar Stats on all the improvements for this season. I like the links to every player from any screen his name appears. Keep up the good work. I recomend your service to my friends that are not in my league.

- Anthony, League 1916

We look forward to another great year of fantasy baseball with ALLSTAR STATS. Our check for $XXX.XX is on the way via US Mail. Thanks for your many years of great service.

- Steve, Butterbean Fantasy Baseball League (#0744)

Looking forward to another year of your excellent service. Love the new website design as well.

- Team 1, LEAGUE 1060

To Whom It May Concern: You don't have to get back to me. I don't know who is responsible for the upgrades to the system, but once again you have outdone yourselves. The new site is well-done and more pleasing to the eye. So, congrats and rest assured that along with the upgrades and the continued level of customer service we receive means our league is very happy with AllStar Stats.

- Ed, LEAGUE 1346

New look is great. Looking forward to the season. Allstar Stats is easily the best available.

- Randy, LEAGUE 1355

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the TREMENDOUS service assistance afforded me by Jan of your company.

At about 6:00pm I was trying to access my league (I am a newcomer to your service) and I was getting no where. I called your customer service number and was expecting a voice mail (why not it is 6 on a Friday night).....However Jan was there, and with great patience, intelligence and humor, had my situation resolved within 15 minutes.

I was already impressed with the look, feel and info of your product in my brief time using it. Adding in the service of the caliber of Jan's tells me that I want to be a client of All Star Stats for many years to come.

- Ed #2104

All Star Stats,

I am sorry I missed entering your post season pool. It's a great idea. Sadly, our league lost 2 league members on September 11th. Tim O'Brien and Farrell Lynch co-owned Team #2 in our league. They were both Cantor Fitzgerald employees at the WTC.

Obviously, our league members are grief stricken. Some may think that Roto baseball may be very small when looking at the big picture, but I think we all have realized that the small things including baseball, friendships and the annual roto draft make up the fabric of our American life that we value so greatly and are defending today.

Next year league 0921 will probably change its name to honor our friends. I am sure that we are not the only league affected by this tragedy, and we would like to learn how others will be remembered. Please feel free to forward to me any info that you have on this subject.

Thanks for providing another great year of service. It's hard to believe that only 15 years ago, we started our league with weekly and clumsy manual calculations and a poor distribution system. Ours lives changed for the better when we discovered AllStarStats.com!

Thanks again and best wishes for 2002.

- John C.

last year i was the commish of league 1514. we are trying to re-establish our league and i think we've sent the money for this season already. how do i (or the new commish) get this set up from here?

thanks for your prompt response and we look forward to using your website again. actually, the new commish signed us up for cbs sportsline.com. it was free but it sucked...we vetoed and we're back.

- fulton
Yes, we definitely want to set it back after tonight. I just figured to would screw everything up if we kept the setting the way it was for today. Thanks for all of your help.

You guys are really separating yourself from the "free-bie" sites and everyone in my league is very happy with the site and the service during the ramp-up period.

Thanks again.

- Fran
Bob K. MASS DESTRUCTION - Commissioner
You guys have been doing a terrific job at communicating various issues to users, and I just wanted to let you know we appreciate it! People often complain, but rarely tell people when they are doing a good job. Keep up the good work!
Andrea,
Thank you so much for your help! Every time I have submitted a request to your customer service I have gotten an immediate response and just wanted to let you know how appreciated it is! Keep up the great work!
Mike
You guys do a great job with the stat service, and it is obvious that you are always looking at ways to improve. Keep up the good work.

- Jeff Elam
You guys are the best! You have the most comprehensive, up-to-date info on the web! Thank you! - Debra
Thank you so much for your prompt response. Thats why we love your service!!
Thanks!
- Stan
You have done a great job improving your service and are to be commended.
Thank you.
PS - very happy with the new enhancements including positions played this year vs. last year on rotoworld, and immediate updates. You've made the site idiot proof, but unfortunately my owners are not quite as smart as idiots.

The Adobe report format was another great addition! I can't say enough good things about the service thus far. Any other new features we should be looking forward to?
- Andrew
As usual, you guys are the best. 11 years of quality service and our league is still running strong! Thanks!

- mark dimondo
league commissioner
Rich,
By the way, I heard your interview on rotoradio.com, nice job. I second their claim of your service being the best. I really like the presentation, it is very fast loading for all the bells and whistles and the customer support has been second to none. Just one complaint: that real time standings thing is a killer...making me stay up way past my bed-time if I have key guys going in a late game. Yawn.
- Todd Zola
- Masters of Fantasy Baseball
Seriously, you guys are so far ahead of your competitors that I never understand why anyone uses any other company.
The TODAY link is very cool. Thanks for listening to the suggestion.
-Eric
League 0881
Dear Allstarstats,
I am a member of Animal Cell League (0881) and I just want to say how great a job I think you are doing with the website this year. I have spoken to other managers in our league and they feel the same way. As long as you stay in business, you have a customer for life!
Thanks again for everything!!
Rick Bott HIT EM' OUT -
Don't need help, just wanted to let you know this is my first time doing fantasy baseball and this website is AWESOME!!!! Very easy to use, updates are GREAT!!! A ton of information at the touch of your fingertips, thanks alot and keep up the GREAT work.
Andrea:
Thank you for the update and the service. The updated in-progress standings are OUTSTANDING and should make for a very interesting September.
Hope all is well with you folks...I wonder if the "customer service" department could give me some free HOME RUNS?!?!
I could use 'em.
Thanks again, you are the best.

Oddibe Baseball League #2056
Thanks, your site has been great this year!, but there is one problem...I AM IN SIXTH PLACE!!
Incidentally, we are extremely happy, impressed, and grateful with the quality of your service. If you ever need a testimonial, I'll provide one.
Your site is top notch...especially with the new updated standings!!!!!
Thanks. As in prior years, your responsiveness is impressive and appreciated.
Rich,
Thanks for the help.
Once again, I cannot believe all the improvements in the web page this year. How on earth will you top yourselves next year?
- Tom
Gary Lotberg CBA - Commissioner
hi..as we are winding down to a very successful basketball season as commissioner of crankee bear allstars #0100 i want to thank you for the outstanding service that was given once again...we also use your service for 2 baseball leagues, hartquale and nfr and every player agrees that you make it so much easier to play the game...
i think if you look at our basketball league u will note that it is as close as it can be with 5 teams seperated by three points...
next year we are anticipating going to position eligibility..i sure can use some advise on how some leagues do it or what you recommend...we anticipate having a 12 team league and each roster having 14 players..any info you can give us would be much appreciated...
once again..great great job and looking forward to next season!!!!
tks gary
Every year you guys come up with something new to improve on your already outstanding service. The Roster Integrity option alone is worth the price.
Thanks again.
The upgrades to the Probable Pitchers are great.
Keep up the good work.
we've been with you guys for several years. you've done a fantastic job w/the web upgrades this year. every time i check out another feature i can't believe how well thought out and user friendly it is.
just thought you'd like to know.
regards,
andy bodner

Rich,
Thanks for your help.
I was able to put links on all of the players.
I did not even see that "linking" link on your web site. I did not conceive of such a thing.
I'll also add that we are very pleased with the overall service from Allstar Stats. Our owners think the added benefits that our league web page offers makes the price worth paying. Keep up the good service and support.

Joe Parker
Commissioner

Andrea,

I love the new setup features...allowing us to change the set up of the league ourselves...Great idea!!

Good work on streamlining ALL the processes (salaries, setup, drafting, contracts, position changes)... It makes the money well spent!

Have a good day,

Mike Beveridge

Also just wanted to let you guys know how much I like the new features of your service. Just a few hours after we completed our draft we had our first updated standings. The other guys in the league think I am genius.

Dennis Jay

We appreciate all the improvements you have made which permitted us to enter our League online. Keep up the good work

Thanks a lot

Dave Merwin, Commissioner

Rob,

Thanks for your help. Before I forget I'd like to let you know that the league set-up process was top notch this year. Your team did a great job in streamlining that process especially the team roster input screens. Kudos to all.
League 0290 here again...Can you please change the effective date for the injury replacements from 4/8/01 to 4/7/01 ??? Can I do this in the future? If so, how? P.S. This service kicks! WELL worth the $$ spent on it, you guys are making it better every year! Thanks!
Guys-- Tremendous. The league loves it already. Check is on the way.
Regards--
gj
wow that is a quick response and I thank you for it! I have since found my way to the baseball site of our league from the basketball area. Thanks so much for answering my email so quickly.
Thanks, Rob. You've made an owner happy!
By the way, I really like the improvements made to the website - roster setup, transactions, etc. The "roster integrity" link is very much appreciated - good job.
Thanks again, Dan
Dear AllstarStats: Thank you for your message. My password is as you confirmed. Our league has been with you for many years, and we think you do a great job. Keep up the good work!
Dear All-Star Stats,

Thank you. Your e-mail reminders are very helpful. Have been impressed with the changes you've made to the Web site. The setup procedure has worked very smoothly this year.

Keep up the good work.

Keith
Okay, I will try to get all the money together for May 1st. I should be able to do it. You have an awesome service here. Everyone is just blown away by it. If a league is tardy in payment do you erase there league or freeze it or what? Not that I am going to be tardy...I am just curious. Thank you in advance.
Rich,
Thanks for changing the team passwords/pins. Is there anything you can do to get my team out of 12th place after day one?? haha.

Seriously, the league set up was a huge improvement and it seemed to work very smoothly. I don't think we've ever had standings the day after opening day!

Thanks again for your comments about the free stat services. As I mentioned in my earlier email, I think your service is fairly priced. In addition to the mass of information available on the website, your customer service over the past 10 years has been almost perfect. I resisted the push to use a free service the past few years because I believe that you get what you pay for. Hearing the news of several free sites going under only reaffirms that belief. The mutiny occurs when one owner starts petitioning the others and asks if they would rather pay $800 for stats, or use a free stat service and add the $800 into prize money. The knee jerk reaction is "MORE PRIZE MONEY!!!", without considering the possible downside. I asked for your comments because I knew some hard facts would help me explain my reservations about using a free service. Since I play for free for being the commissioner, I try to stay sensitive to people's financial concerns. That said, I still think paying for Allstar Stats is money well spent and I appreciate you taking the time to pass along some comments which help me to show my league that we are indeed getting our money's worth. Thanks again.
-Paul
